ZYLENE 1.1 REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy on all auto ship deliveries as well as firm sales. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unused portion for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.
To return a product for a refund, you must take the following steps:
1. Obtain a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number within 25 days after you receive the shipment by contacting the billing department at 1-888-328-8908, or sending us an email at customerservice@zyleneenergy.com. The billing department is available Monday thru Friday 9AM-6PM Eastern Time.
2. Clearly write the RMA number on the package you are sending back.

The package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the RMA number. You are responsible for postage and other charges for sending the return package. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged. We will not process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender" or that otherwise do not have an RMA number written on them. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that all returned items be sent using a delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery.Once we receive your properly returned package, we will process your refund request within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. Contact our billing department if you do not see the credit on your account within 1-2 weeks after we processed your request.
Negative Option Clause:
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR $47.90 PER MONTH IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.
